    Position Responsibilities:

    • Requires a willingness to learn and the ability to be flexible.
    • Expect that required tasks will be learning experiences, and an experienced team member will serve as a mentor in projects and support continuous development.
    • Projects are designed to provide positive contributions to the company's overall efficiency and productivity.
    • Detail drawing packages for Mechanical Engineers.
    • Solve practical problems with no standard solution.
    • Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
    • Update CAD models based on redline drawings once machines have been built.
    • Complete the layout of our machines by detailing all components.
    • Check peer drawing packages.
    • Develop conceptual designs for customers and assist our sales and quoting team.
    • Work with vendors for proper sizing and quotation of purchased items needed for design.
    • Complete all stock sizes for the mechanical bill of material.
    • Create and organize CAD files.
    Position Qualifications & Candidate Attributes:
    • High School graduate or equivalent.
    • Currently enrolled in an accredited college and actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering.
    • Basic proficiency in CAD. Experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks is preferred.
    • Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
    • Mechanical aptitude.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
    • Good organizational habits.
    • Team player with a positive outlook
