**Job Purpose:**
Troubleshoot and respond to customers software inquiries. Resolve customer concerns with software installation, operation, application and compatibility matters.
**Core Job Duties:**
Installation and support of Imagenet connect and other Topcons software products remotely and on-site
Escalation of requirements to Imagenet connect team
Implementation of projects
First contact for the customer and the customer's employees
product demonstrations for customers and prospective customers locally and remotely
**Minimum Job Requirements:**
**Education & Experience:**
3 years of experience in the field of EMR or similar products
Bachelor in Computer Science
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
Familiar with DICOM, HL&, IHE and SQL
Strong troubleshooting skills
Spanish speaking preferred
Experience in the field of software applications (experience with the use of hospital and / or medical practice information or management systems would be ideal) is a plus
