- The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
- At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. The Pricing team is part of the Commercial Strategy and Decision Analytics team and drives pricing strategy across the enterprise. We develop the business logic and economic analysis that goes into pricing decisions for all brands, products, and services, and we leverage our knowledge and expertise to help leaders across the company tackle their most important challenges. Our team members enjoy framing ambiguous and complex problems, thinking laterally to create alternatives, and blending strategic thinking with practical analytics.
What you'll do in your role
You'll be at the center of some of the most important decisions made at T-Mobile, working collaboratively across multiple functions, all working towards delivering extraordinary outcomes.
