for our "Service & Coordination" team. This team serves as the interface between account management, product management, logistics, and project management, ensuring smooth process flows.

Your responsibilities:

  • Handling customer and supplier inquiries
  • Creating and maintaining new product listings and prices
  • Processing complaints
  • Service hotline

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Strong customer orientation
