- Assist in the management of the Legal Intern and Honors Attorney Programs.
- Assists Division leadership in the planning and carrying out of a wide range of analytical assignments to support strategic initiatives to include assisting in analyzing, reviewing, and planning complex staffing and legal operations activities to support effective business process measurement and management decision-making.
- Performs technical quantitative or qualitative work in support of management analysis.
- Assist the Senior Counsel in the development, design, implementation, and evaluation of the Legal Division's knowledge management program. Coordinates with Legal Division employees, managers, and executives and Corporate University to initiate the development of training, communication or other efforts to support Legal goals and initiatives, and to assess the effectiveness of these efforts.
- Assist in development, implementation and oversight of the Division's succession planning efforts and workforce training program.
