Position Summary:
The Sr. Business Development Manager
The role will require close collaboration with the Channel VP and the FSOP Channel Sales Team to achieve business objectives and maximize market potential.
Essential Job Functions:
Collaborate with the Senior Director of Business Development & Intelligence & sales team to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the overall business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within supermarkets, including senior executives, buyers, and category managers.
Develop and present business proposals, presentations, and performance reports to the Channel VP and FSOP Channel team.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, market share, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments such as IT, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and seamless execution of initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic planning, preferably within the CPG industryProven track record of successfully developing and executing business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Strong math, time management, and customer service skills.
Flexibility to travel as neededPay Range :
