Join us for an exciting opportunity as a Business Development Manager (BDM) supporting Walmart/Sam's assigned categories at Rockline. As the BDM, you will play a key role in managing items and relationships, driving profitable sales growth. Here's what you will be responsible for:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate and execute company activities for assigned customer categories and items to contribute to revenue & profit goals.
Utilize established Line Review & Business Review formats to analyze and present internally and externally.
Prepare Proformas and present selling prices to customers effectively.
Proactively identify opportunities using sales and supply chain reports.
Work with Demand Planning on monthly sales forecasts for assigned items.
Ensure successful launches, deletions, and transitions for assigned items.
Embody Rockline's RRITE Values: Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, Excellence.
Prioritize safety in all work activities.
Support team collaboration by being flexible and willing to take on additional tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree and minimum 2 years experience as an Account Specialist in the Walmart/Sam's Club Support Team or equivalent customer experience.
Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate information effectively and handle questions.
Analyze information, identify opportunities, and recommend actions.
Adapt to environments with undefined processes.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
