    Job DescriptionThe Associate Customer Development Manager is responsible for growing & developing total Jack Link s sales & profitability across identified customers by implementing detailed strategic sales plans for these customers.

    This position will require working closely with key customers and internal departments such as trade planning, marketing, and category management as well as various brokers that represent Jack Link s.


    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Build strong customer relationshipsDevelop solid DSMP (Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising, Pricing) plans that drive category growthClearly understand customer strategy and align on annual business plans that meet growth expectations for those categories assignedAchieve top & bottom line sales & profit goals with a significant focus on generating profitable growthProvide transparent & timely communication to internal team members and our customers/brokersDevelop plans for channel-specific business opportunities focused on expanding Jack Link s in-store presenceResponsible for analyzing customer data and developing an action plan to achieve sales goalsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Trade Marketing, Research & Development) in creating both short & long-term category and channel strategiesCreate and present information in a compelling and persuasive mannerEffectively wire relationships throughout customer organizations and at various levels internally at Jack Link s: Executive Management, Operations, Supply Planning, and MarketingManage item creation across departmentsManage deduction & AR issues on all applicable accountsResponsible for building, training and leading broker network where applicableQualifications


    REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
    Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experienceEntry level (with CPG intern experience) or 2
    3 year prior CPG work experienceFamiliarity with WMT and Sam s Club systems: Item360, Retail Link, Madrid, Luminate preferredStrong communication & presentation skillsProject ManagementAbility to influenceSolid Excel skills which will drive efficiencyAbility to keep-up in a fast paced, dynamic environment
