We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele.

You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

ResponsibilitiesPlan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategyPlan for company's financial successDetermine key business development KPIsWork with sales and marketing teamsDo a regular market researchAttend various educational programs and conferencesCommunicate with clientsBuild strong relationships with clientsDevelop sales strategy and onboard new customersBuild Sales pipelineNegotiate and win dealsPrepare Sales ContractsBuild strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnelContribute to the reputation of the organization by entering and achieving professional awards.

Support team membersManage and train the business development team Requirements and skills5-6 years of working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant roleProven sales track recordExperience in Software Support Sales or customer support is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM softwareMarket knowledgeCommunication and negotiation skillsAbility to build rapportTime management and planning skillsBSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
