- Collaborate with the Senior Director of Business Development & Intelligence & sales team to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the overall business goals.
- Conduct market analysis and research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities within the supermarket sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within supermarkets, including senior executives, buyers, and category managers.
- Develop and present business proposals, presentations, and performance reports to the Channel VP and FSOP Channel team.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market share, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments such as IT, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and seamless execution of initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic planning, preferably within the CPG industry
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Strong math, time management, and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to travel as needed

Position Summary:The Sr. Business Development Manager - Food Service On-Premise (FSOP) will play a crucial role in supporting the Food Service On-Premise Channel Team within the Large Store & Emerging Channels Business Development and Intelligence Team. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Business Development & Intelligence, this position will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, fostering relationships, and identifying growth opportunities within the FSOP channel.
