    After years of frustration with project after project burning way too much time and money on the same inevitable BAS issues, Enica Engineering's founding members created a new approach to delivering BAS optimization and energy projects that is reshaping the industry. We are looking for team members who are interested in delivering automation and energy projects in a new, dynamic, integrated manner to avoid the pitfalls we've seen time after time with current industry project delivery methods. Enica's approach is customized to deliver projects to achieve customer success in a way that optimizes the BAS and maximizes energy savings potential. Our dynamic approach leverages cross functional resources to deliver impactful solutions for our clients.

    We are an engineering firm whose services and value revolve around our industry-leading BAS controls expertise and our unique hands-on project delivery approach. We offer a full life-cycle range of services from project development, HVAC/BAS control system design, Control System Optimization, project integration, commissioning, energy optimization, and field engineering services.

    We primarily service clients in the biotech, pharma, higher education, hospital, and mission critical industries who own and operate multiple facilities in their portfolio that require properly functioning control systems to maintain critical operation and achieve energy savings.

    We are looking for candidates interested in:

    • Managing and delivering high quality BAS Projects on time and under budget
    • Managing a team of high-performing engineering professionals
    • Continuous self-improvement and desire to grow into senior management positions as the company grows
    Experience in the following areas:
    • 8 to 10+ years of experience with BAS project delivery, BAS engineering, MEP design, commissioning, retro-commissioning, or building energy projects.
    • Professional Engineer license and other industry accreditations are beneficial but not a must.
