    Description

    GrowthAssistant is currently seeking a Senior Paid Search Specialist to join their team. As a pivotal member, you will be instrumental in propelling the success of their online advertising strategies.

    Utilizing your extensive expertise in managing Google Ads campaigns, specifically in Search and Display, you will be tasked with creating, fine-tuning, and implementing paid search advertising initiatives to enhance profitability and performance.

    Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

    Responsibilities:
    - Develop, optimize, and launch paid search ad campaigns
    - Manage and enhance paid ad campaigns for improved performance across various channels on a daily basis
    - Monitor crucial metrics such as budget utilization, CPA, CVR, and CAC across paid channels
    - Analyze data and make adjustments based on client guidelines
    - Handle administrative tasks like Google Tags and UTM setup
    - Provide comprehensive reports on campaign performance
    - Conduct validation and optimization tests as per client specifications
    - Contribute to the creation and improvement of role-specific SOPs

    Requirements:
    - Over 3 years of experience in managing Google ads campaigns (Search and Display)
    - Proficient in using Google Analytics
    - Intermediate Excel/Sheets proficiency
    - Data analysis skills for evaluating campaign performance
    - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English
    - Collaborative mindset with a willingness to explore new concepts
    - Inquisitive nature, always seeking to learn
    - Ability to work during EST hours

    Salary Range: $55,000 to $95,000 per month
