    About the Job:
    Join our team at Grainger, a leading industrial distributor, helping to keep businesses running and their people safe. As we continue leading the industry over our next 100 years, we're looking for passionate individuals to drive strong results.

    Primary Function:

    • Manage High-Volume Paid Search Program to drive revenue growth within targets
    • Execute Campaign Management and Performance Analysis for maximum revenue growth

    What You Will Do:

    • Lead Paid Search Campaign Management and execute testing initiatives to meet goals
    • Prepare Performance Reports, Data Analyses, and Optimization Recommendations
    • Collaborate with Google, Microsoft, and Search Ads 360 Teams for program optimization
    • Grow and Optimize Keyword Portfolio through rapid testing and analysis
    • Manage Paid Search Invoicing and Accruals

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Advertising
    • 2+ years experience in managing large PPC programs
    • Understanding of search engine marketing best practices
    • Proficiency in analytics suites like Omniture, CoreMetrics, and Google Analytics
    • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
    • Experience in collaboration between organic and paid search programs
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
