    What You'll Do:
    Identify Technology Needs:


    You'll be at the forefront of identifying and assessing our organization's evolving technology needs, providing strategic recommendations to drive growth and efficiency.

    Ensure Compliance:


    Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our adherence to federal technology requirements, particularly regarding security, safeguarding our data and ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of those we serve.

    Lead and Manage:


    You'll lead a talented team of developers, security analysts, support technicians, and vendors, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where everyone can thrive.

    Maintain and Update:


    Keeping our hardware and software programs up-to-date and running smoothly will be one of your key responsibilities, ensuring seamless operations for our staff and the individuals we support.

    Innovate and Educate:


    Embracing the latest IT developments, you'll spearhead company-wide technology updates and provide engaging training sessions to equip our team with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (Master's preferred)
    Minimum 10 years of experience in information technology, with at least 5 years in a management role
    Strong background in cybersecurity and best practices
    Experience in non-profit or human services sector a plus
