- Make up to 80 calls per day
- Ability to work at a desk environment on the phone 8 hours a day
- Ability to have in person meetings with prospective customers
- Use CRM software for activity tracking, lead follow-up, pipeline management and opportunity
- Ensure high post-sale satisfaction and positive long-term relationships
- College education preferred
- Previous experience with technology or high tech concepts, sales, value propositions (IT hardware a plus).
- Previous B2B tele-prospecting experience
- Proven track record of having a goal-oriented approach to reaching and exceeding monthly goals.
- Ability to succeed in a customer-centric, metrics-driven environment
- Must have a professional, positive business image and the ability to respond appropriately to a variety of situations
- Must be organized, able to work independently, have a positive attitude and good listening skills
- Must be able to quickly and succinctly write briefs from conversations
- Must be proficient in MS

This position is responsible for finding and qualifying sales leads for ITAD (IT Asset Disposition), primarily computers, laptops and other IT hardware.
Measures of success include a high volume of qualified lead generation, new customer acquisition, and a contribution to the overall sales team success.
