    Lycamobile is looking for an Account Executive to join its Sales Team in Dallas, TX

    The selected individual will report to the Team Lead, Area Sales Manager, or Regional Sales Manager.

    This role may allow remote work with a weekly visit to the Dallas, TX office.

    Position:

    The Account Executive will be in charge of boosting sales performance and related metrics in the assigned territory to maximize company revenue. This role involves interacting with Retailers to ensure their success, including driving sales volume, managing inventory levels, providing training, fostering relationships, offering small business consulting, and promoting the brand in retail settings.

    The focus is to enhance customer activation and replenishment activities for Retailers actively promoting Lycamobile. It includes ensuring proper inventory, effective merchandising, product knowledge, and positioning Lycamobile as a top brand. These Retailers span Independent and National categories.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive company revenue
    • Increase customer activations in the assigned territory
    • Expand distribution and ensure Retailers have sufficient stock
    • Educate Retailers on services and systems
    • Build and maintain relationships with store staff
    • Enhance customer experience in retail environments
    • Provide regular reports on activities and competitive insights
    • Offer feedback on Retailer and consumer interactions
    • Develop and execute business plans for the region
    • Conduct store visits and calls
    • Expand sales through new Retailer leads
    • Strengthen brand awareness through merchandising
    • Manage custom Branding requests

    Skills and Requirements:

    • 2-5 years of wireless retail sales or training experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Self-motivated and team player
    • Track record of meeting performance goals
    • Initiative and problem-solving abilities
    • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
    • Organizational and project management skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Willingness to work flexible hours
    • Valid US driver's license
    • Spanish proficiency is a plus
