- Bachelor's Degree or two (2) + years of additional Business Analysis, Product Owner, Programming, etc. Anything relevant in the Product or Tech space would offset the need for a Bachelor's
- Two (2) to four (4) years related experience.
- Five (5) + years of Business Analysis or Product Owner experience as an individual contributor, preferred
- Previous experience in Mortgage Banking, Fintech and/or associated lines of business is highly, preferred.

Will work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers and leadership to create user stories and prioritized backlogs that are value-add, metric driven and contribute to the success of the business.
