- Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of software releases, ensuring alignment with project timelines and customer expectations.

- Develop and maintain release plans, considering dependencies, resource availability, and project priorities.

- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee the reliability and stability of releases.
- Collaborate with testing teams to establish comprehensive testing strategies and methodologies.
- Monitor and analyze release performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Communicate release schedules, status updates, and potential risks to all relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with product owners, project managers, and development teams to ensure a clear understanding of release requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication between different teams involved in the delivery process.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the delivery and release management processes.
- Conduct post-release reviews to gather feedback and implement improvements for future releases.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance delivery practices.
- Agile Methodologies
- Experience documenting and assisting with budgets / financial management with some guidance.
- Proficiency in facilitating onboarding resources - work with Procurement (SOWs, MSAs, Change Orders), Third Party Labor, and vendors (OW forms, background checks)
- Facilitating licensing and renewals as needed
- Assisting with preparation, tracking, and delivery of Project Status Reports
- Facilitating release management processes
- Administering data and access management to SharePoint and VSTS
- Administering data in Archer, ServiceNow, and RequestIt
- Ability to exercise confidentiality, discretion, and personal sensitivity in all aspects of the role.
- Complying with policies and procedures in all aspects of the role
- Acting as a key resource and liaison to other functional areas of the business, building cross-functional relationships as needed
- Exposure to Microsoft Suite (Preferred): Azure DevOps, Power Platform, Power Automate
- Ability to understand data and ETL processes
- Experience with Alteryx (Preferred)
- Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma
