    Description


    Collections Specialist at TEKsystems

    TEKsystems is looking to hire a Collections Specialist to work with an established bank in the Midwest, offering a rewarding opportunity for professionals with experience in the field.

    • Contact charged off customers by telephone or mail to negotiate balances or updates
    • Negotiate payment plans and protect the Bank's interests by making informed decisions
    • Utilize skip tracing and Lexis/Nexis to locate customers
    • Recommend appropriate actions for repossessions, bankruptcies, and foreclosures
    • Collaborate with managers on account analysis to determine necessary actions

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • 2 years of Collections experience
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office
