    Client Services Specialist Position at A-Line Staffing

    A-Line Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated Client Services Specialist to join their team. This role offers ample opportunities for growth within a reputable Fortune 500 company.     Client Services Specialist Compensation

    • Hourly pay rate: $16.79
    • Benefit eligibility after 90 days
    • 401(k) with company match after 1 year

    Key Highlights of the Client Services Specialist Role

    • Initial contract role with potential for permanent hire based on performance and attendance
    • Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8-5 CST

    Responsibilities of a Client Services Specialist:

    • Attend in-office training sessions
    • Handle 50 to 75 calls daily
    • Provide sales support, product knowledge, and account management
    • Support multiple companies, including Aetna, as a 3rd party administrator
    • Need call center experience and preferably sales experience
    • Deal with healthcare and Medicare-related inquiries
    • Assist agents with product training, quotes, orderings, and website navigation
    • Address commission inquiries
    • Manage incoming calls from agents across the country
    • Demonstrate expertise in health products for the senior market
    • Support sales inquiries and document processes efficiently
    • Foster positive relationships with customers and sales teams
    • Guide customers on using the agent support website
    • Process sales orders and material requests
    • Provide training and guidance to colleagues as needed
    • Handle additional support projects for the team

    Requirements for the Client Services Specialist Role:

    • High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
