    Job Title: Service Specialist FAST at Epiq



    • Handle various administrative support services including copy, print, mail, hospitality, facilities, and receptionist duties
    • Support multiple Epiq accounts in the local market


    Essential Job Responsibilities:


    • Handle mail services: meter, sort, and distribute mail and packages
    • Accurately manage copy services as per instructions
    • Manage reception duties including answering calls and welcoming visitors
    • Coordinate hospitality services and maintain client areas
    • Ensure floor coordination, including copy room upkeep and stocking supplies
    • Provide flexibility in work schedule to cover absences and vacations


    Qualifications & Requirements:


    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
    • Strong multitasking and attention to detail skills
    • Ability to handle and resolve issues professionally
    • Capacity to lift or move heavy items as needed
    • Physically able to stand, sit, walk, bend, kneel for extended periods
    • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before starting employment
