    Sales Manager Da Vinci is at the forefront of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) industry, offering innovative cloud-based solutions that empower midmarket companies to navigate todays complex supply chain challenges. Da Vinci also offers fully integrated Labor Management (LMS), Yard Management (YMS), Transportation Management (TMS), and 3PL Billing modules. As a rapidly growing SaaS company, Da Vinci is set on reshaping the WMS landscape and becoming the midmarket leader in the industry. In a market expected to expand by over 300% in the next five years, we are poised for exponential growth and are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our ambitious team.

    Your Role and Impact
    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. While industry-specific experience is preferred, the ideal candidate should have a strong background in building and nurturing relationships, process development, and a proven track record of closing deals. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our sales strategy and ensuring the team's success. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building relationships, and improving processes within our organization. Industry experience is not required, but a commitment to developing strong sales strategies, fostering meaningful connections with clients and partners, and leading a high-performing team that consistently exceeds quotas is essential to success in this role.
    What We Are Looking For
    • 7+ years industry experience with B2B SaaS sales WMS/Supply Chain experience strongly preferred
    • A strong track record on hitting sales targets, leading a high performing sales team, understanding and meeting customer needs, and building long-term client relationships
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment while wearing multiple hats
    • Natural talent for soft selling, being compelling, and hearing the unspoken
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills
    • Proficiency in using CRM and sales automation tools
    Responsibilities
    • Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture among team members.
    • Provide guidance and support in day-to-day sales activities.
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and prospects.
    • Understand client needs, challenges, and pain points to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
    • Create, optimize, and implement efficient sales processes that maximize productivity and effectiveness.
    • Monitor and analyze the sales pipeline to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with the team to set sales targets, goals, and KPIs.
    • Act as a hands-on sales manager, participating in sales activities as needed.
    • Utilize your experience in deal closing to provide support, training, and guidance to the sales team.
    • Step in when necessary to assist in closing complex or high-value deals.
    • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track team performance and sales metrics.
    • Provide regular updates to the executive team regarding progress, challenges, and opportunities.
