Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and build a solid pipeline of potential clients to contact regarding the sake of aviation equipment.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs for equipment.
- Ensure that all recommendations made suit the client and their business.
- Engage with clients and build lasting relationships to maximize sales from each account.
- Keep current clients warm and upsell and crosssell relevant products where required.
- Use SAP system to manage client orders, ensure all the details are kept up to date.
- Liaise with suppliers and various departments to ensure timely delivery of customers orders.
- Continually meet targets, KPI's and sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Travel to meet clients when required.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service
- Ability to lead a sales team.
- 510 years of experience in an industry working to strict compliance guidelines
Pay:
$5, $9,000.00 per month

- Up to 50% travel

- Sales: 10 years (preferred)
