Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and build a solid pipeline of potential clients to contact regarding the sake of aviation equipment.
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs for equipment.
  • Ensure that all recommendations made suit the client and their business.
  • Engage with clients and build lasting relationships to maximize sales from each account.
  • Keep current clients warm and upsell and crosssell relevant products where required.
  • Use SAP system to manage client orders, ensure all the details are kept up to date.
  • Liaise with suppliers and various departments to ensure timely delivery of customers orders.
  • Continually meet targets, KPI's and sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Travel to meet clients when required.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service
  • Ability to lead a sales team.
  • 510 years of experience in an industry working to strict compliance guidelines
( aerospace, nuclear, medical, automotive, etc.)


Pay:
$5, $9,000.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday

Travel requirement:

  • Up to 50% travel

Experience:


  • Sales: 10 years (preferred)
