Job Descriptions: -
· Conduct market research and build a solid pipeline of potential clients to contact regarding the sake of
aviation equipment.
· Connect with potential clients via phone, email and networking events.
· Consult with clients to understand their needs for equipment.
· Ensure that all recommendations made suit the client and their business.
· Engage with clients and build lasting relationships to maximize sales from each account.
· Keep current clients warm and up-sell and cross-sell relevant products where required.
· Use SAP system to manage client orders, ensure all the details are kept up to date.
· Liaise with suppliers and various departments to ensure timely delivery of customers orders.
· Continually meet targets, KPI's and sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
· Travel to meet clients when required.
Job Requirement :-
· Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
· Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
· Experience in customer relationship management.
· Experience managing and directing a sales team.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Dedication to providing great customer service
· Ability to lead a sales team.
