    Vice President of Banking Distribution Analytics Sales
    ~ Full-time Curinos is the leading provider of data, technologies and insights that enable financial institutions to make better and more profitable data-driven decisions faster. Born out of the combination of two familiar industry powerhouses, Novantas and Informa's FBX business, Curinos brings to market a new level of industry expertise across deposits, treasury management lending and digital experience solutions and technologies. Curinos is currently seeking a VP of Banking Distribution Analytics Sales to support the Retail Banking Distribution Analytics business . You will drive theaccelerated growth of our distribution solutions practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong retail banking solutions background, understand sales metrics, performance, and management, as well as effectively communicate Client needs and Market Opportunities for future product enhancements. The Sales Solutions Expert (SSE) will be part of the Distribution and Sales Performance Practice Team responsible for driving sales and supporting Client and Relationship Managers in both existing and prospective Clients. Measures of success include new client acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success. An understanding of sales process, pipeline management and sales performance would be valuable. Fully understand the retail distribution solutions offered at the Subject Matter Expert level, and the associated development roadmaps
    ~ Support Client Managers and Product Owners with solutions selling into prospect and existing client account base including assistance in fully qualifying opportunities, input to opportunity strategy, solutions architecting, and conducting value-based demonstrations
    ~ Partner with the Sales and Delivery teams to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
    ~ Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses related to distribution products and solutions
    ~ Collect and document competitive intelligence and provide feedback to product, sales, and marketing functions
    ~ Conduct industry webinars and lead campaign development for distribution products and solutions
    ~ Bachelor's Degree required OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
    ~5+ years of experience in retail banking sales performance and/or network planning, and/or with experience at distribution solutions or advisory firms
    ~ Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
    ~ Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data, including advanced Excel skills
    ~ Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience with retail banking analytic solutions
    ~ Exceptional project management skills and the ability to turn around time-sensitive research findings with a high degree of accuracy and insight
    ~ Hands-on experience with retail sales, goaling/incentives, and/or network planning
    ~ Strong storytelling, data visualization, and presentation skills
    ~ Managing and delivering on multiple projects at a time
    ~ Being hands on with data and distilling the key actionable insights
    ~ Managing client relationships

    Willingness to travel

    A compensation package for this role will include a competitive Base Salary of $150,000 annually paired with a lucrative commission structure that is designed to reward exceptional performance.
