    We are seeking a General Manager of a Restaurant to join our team You will be responsible for providing uncompromising standards of Quality and Service. We have two locations, North Miami Beach and Plantation. The plantation location is hiring for our new store opening.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
    • Oversee guest services and resolve issues
    • Ensure high-quality ingredients and food preparation and manage Inventory in the back of the house.
    • Train and manage kitchen personnel. Be a role model in maintaining Standards and quality.
    • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
    • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

    ​Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in food service or other related fields
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating emotional resilience under pressure
    • Excellent written and communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Managerial ServeSafe
    • Monitor budgets, labor, payroll records, and tips
    • Salesmanship mindset with marketing initiatives
    • Experience with inventory, waste, and purchasing
    • Builds a team and trains appropriately
    • Organizes. plans, and prioritizes team performance and store.
    • Experience in POS and computer back of the house
    • Physical ability to move in the store, carry items, and withstand kitchen temperatures
    • High school or equivalency required
    • Previous supervisory and hospitality experience preferred
    • Proven track of success as a restaurant manager
    • English fluent speaker
