Alberto Cabrera

My name is Alberto Cabrera, I am an award winning chef, restauranteur and a meticulous and diligent consultant.  I have over thirty years of experience in the hospitality industry, twenty five of them in management and the last thirteen in consulting.

I am seeking to implement proven operations skills to develop and manage overall targets, goals, management, and processes of food establishment. I facilitate restaurant teams in development activities to create new products and improve existing products. Employers and clients recognize me for my vision in concept development, design and leading strategic creation / implementation of all projects. Planning, creating and overseeing the CAPEX and OPEX periods of projects.
