    OfficePro, Inc, a Washington DC-based end-user training and adoption company, is in need of experienced Senior Account Executive with experience in sales for Audio Visual and/or IT Fields. This position is salary based plus commissionable income.

    The Senior Account Executive plays a pivotal role in achieving ambitious sales and profitability targets with both new and existing clients. This role involves surpassing assigned quotas, driving business development within the designated territory, and identifying valuable market opportunities.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Associate degree or equivalent experience. A Bachelors degree is preferred.
    • 10+ years experience providing consultative sales and customer support in AV/IT or a similar technology industry.
    • Must have extensive industry contacts.
    • Must have good computer skills including proficiency with the use of Windows, MS Office, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
    • Must be able to demonstrate a professional level of verbal, written and listening communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver high quality and grammatically correct documents, problem solve and negotiate effectively; and have proven techniques for determining hidden customer needs.
    • Must have ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Position requires excellent overall knowledge of AV/IT products, design, engineering, sales, and industry in general.
    • Position offers flexibility in scheduling with the understanding that the Senior AE's goal is to build mutually beneficial partnerships and strive for customer excellence while achieving sales objectives.
    • Position requires occasional overnight travel for company business.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Cold calling potential sales prospects and managing existing accounts; identifying and qualifying prospective customers; educating the customer; and developing and presenting sales quotes and proposals to achieve assigned sales objectives.
    • Selling products, solutions and services offered by our company in various accounts and territories as mutually agreed with management; and assisting in closing business as part of a team.
    • Implement sales and marketing tactics and programs to meet or exceed sales objectives. Manage all aspects of customer accounts including expediting purchase decisions, communicating project lead times, obtaining appropriate change orders, and assist with customer collections as needed.
    • Although the Senior Account Executive does not perform Project Management duties, they are expected to provide sales support, coordination, and planning throughout the entire pre and post selling process.
    • Perform customer needs analysis and site surveys.
    • Responsible for providing sales forecast data to the management team as needed.
