Role Overview:

As an Account Executive at GG Homes, you'll be the driving force behind change, leading your team to greatness and making a real impact on the world.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Negotiate and close purchase contracts with homeowners.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Build and manage a growing pipeline through outbound prospecting.
  • Analyze investment opportunities for viability.
  • Lead and mentor a team of highperforming individuals.
  • Challenge the status quo and exceed expectations.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
  • Comfortability on the phone connecting with sellers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Creative and innovative thinker.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Bonus Points:


  • Experience in the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
  • Experience in lead generation and prospecting.
  • Strong closing skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish.

Compensation:


  • Accelerated Compensation Structure $1,400,000+ annual income achieved by top performers.
  • First Year Earnings of $250,000+ for those meeting company quotas, with the current team at 132% to goal
  • Base Salary Draw of $60,000 and Uncapped Commissions.
  • Management Compensation available through promotion.
