Role Overview:
As an Account Executive at GG Homes, you'll be the driving force behind change, leading your team to greatness and making a real impact on the world.
If you are aggressive, social, and thrive on taking initiative and closing deals, this role is perfect for you.Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and close purchase contracts with homeowners.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Build and manage a growing pipeline through outbound prospecting.
- Analyze investment opportunities for viability.
- Lead and mentor a team of highperforming individuals.
- Challenge the status quo and exceed expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
- Comfortability on the phone connecting with sellers.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Creative and innovative thinker.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Experience in lead generation and prospecting.
- Strong closing skills.
- Fluency in Spanish.
Compensation:
- Accelerated Compensation Structure $1,400,000+ annual income achieved by top performers.
- First Year Earnings of $250,000+ for those meeting company quotas, with the current team at 132% to goal
- Base Salary Draw of $60,000 and Uncapped Commissions.
- Management Compensation available through promotion.
