    Overview:

The Account Executive:

Regional Accounts will support business development and growth of the regional account business channel to achieve or exceed sales and profitability objectives; selling to and handling all accounts and prospects as assigned by Crocs Canada Inc.; handling sell-thru and performance of Crocs & HEYDUDE products and leading long-term development and strong relationship of the Crocs & HEYDUDE brands with its retailer partners.

This role identifies marketplace opportunities, prospects, and engages new customers, prepares strategic sales presentations, and is responsible for account management.


What You'll Do:


  • Responsible for end to end account management including oversight to: order acquisition through order delivery, Crocs profitability with accounts, management, and resolution of all credit claims, customer compliance issues, returns, etc.
  • Drive top and bottomline numbers for your assigned partner base using strong intuition for business and retail math abilities.
  • Accountable for prebook and atonce sales.
  • Handle gross to net revenues, seasonal sales initiative and category goals.
  • Lead sellin and sellthrough for assigned accounts in collaboration with marketing and retail activation.
  • Sells the proper quantity of assortment products that a customer can profitably retail and a quality composition of assortment product to ensure growth in the territory.
  • Maintains updated account and sales records and analyzes and reports selling information to the company on a weekly basis for key accounts.
  • Identify & track new account opportunities in order to meet growth targets.
  • Provide marketplace and consumer insights to brand and leadership team (competitor information, consumer understanding, account performance, current/future market penetration, etc.).
  • Monitor model stocks and determine proper pairs and levels of inventory and timing of recommended markdowns; Plan a conversion strategy that enables a profitable transition from one season to the next.
  • Advises management routinely of problems and opportunities in the region, offers recommended solutions when management is needed
  • Maintains a consistent frequency of instore visitation to ensure execution of brand presence, visual rollout/events, driving turn, and door volume.
  • Identifies areas of underdeveloped business and formulates a strategy to gain increased market share.
  • Develop sales plans that incorporate specific account insight and goals to achieve Crocs sales and profitability targets that align with brand and category objectives
  • Actively participate in account and Crocs & HEYDUDE meetings, including prelines, business reviews, and sales meetings.
  • Work as a liaison between Crocs & HEYDUDE operations and account operations.
  • Establish and manage relationships internally and externally.
  • Communicate consistently and efficiently with Crocs & HEYDUDE business units, including sales management, customer service, demand planning, finance, merchandising, marketing, and business development.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • 3-5 years of industry sales experience required; footwear experience preferred.
  • Solid understanding of industry and competitive landscape.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian retail and wholesale footwear landscape and consumer insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to adhere to company and department ethical standards; will make decisions with the best interest of the team, company, and Crocs & HEYDUDE brands in mind.
  • BA or BS degree preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is preferred.
  • Ability to carry and lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Frequent travel estimated at 50%+, overnights, night and weekend work may be required.

$105,000 - $ 115,000 CAD

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
