Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team.

This role is pivotal in managing and expanding our client relationships, driving sales, and upholding our commitment to excellence in healthcare services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Utilize HubSpot or similar CRM tools to manage client interactions and streamline the sales and support processes.
Engage in warm calling to reconnect with clients who have shown a decline in engagement or reduction in services, identifying underlying issues and working towards resolutions.
Thoroughly assess and identify customer needs to effectively communicate with internal departments, ensuring timely and effective solutions that enhance client satisfaction.
Provide exceptional account management to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring they receive the full benefit of our services.

Experience and Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales support or account management, preferably within the healthcare services industry.
Strong communication skills with an ability to effectively engage and build rapport with clients and internal teams.
Demonstrated success in managing and growing client accounts, with a focus on achieving sales targets and enhancing customer relationships.
Experience with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, and familiarity with warm calling techniques.
