    Description
    Our client is a leading CPG company looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team. In this role, you will develop communities throughout the US and Canada by building and maintaining positive, productive relationships with engaged local businesses, mom groups, healthcare professionals, and more,


    RESPONSIBILITIES


    • Assist the Vice President to define grassroots marketing plan and timeline
    • Lead event sponsorships and build strong relationships with local event partners
    • Dive into existing, underserved relationships within the digital
    • Continuously and strategically identify new targets, i.e., local businesses, groups, and healthcare professionals to approach
    • Continue to foster ongoing relationships with local partners to maintain healthy communities while building new
    • Adapt strategy with VP and shift ways of working as program grows to continue to accommodate needs and achieve business goals at scale
    • Work closely with PR & Influencer Manager
    • Facilitate content development from local partners
    • Consistently monitor and maintain budgets to ensure spending is as planned
    • Develop monthly reporting on results, learnings, and plans to demonstrate progress and growth




    QUALIFICATIONS:


    • 4+ years' experience in events and/or local grassroots marketing; agency experience a plus
    • Ability to travel 9+ times throughout the year within North America
    • Positive energy and passion
    • Strong work ethic
    • Excellent communicator adept at sharing progress and needs with business leaders
    • Confident relationship builder focused on driving results
    • Strong desire to succeed and find new ways to grow the business
    • Flexible, resourceful, creative, forward-thinking, and committed
