About the role
We are expanding Flock in NYC and looking for a growth marketer to lead our operations. This is a part-time, freelance position, with the possibility of a full-time role.
The role requires in-person marketing, event hosting, as well as online marketing, on social media and occasionally writing on the company's blog.
You will be responsible for:
User acquisition - using online channels like social media, as well as offline in-person events and other strategies
Organizing and hosting weekly Flock events - social sports like billiards, and volleyball, and occasional social drinking events at bars
The overall happiness of users who attend Flock events
- You are an extrovert and love meeting new people and fostering connections
- You know the city well in terms of sporting events and nightlife
- You love going out with large groups of friends and acquaintances
- You can mediate among groups of people
- You like challenges
- You are fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
