    Event Manager

    som vill vara med oss på resan mot att bli ett av världens ledande ridsportsvarumärken.
    I den här positionen har du en central roll på Maya Delorez där du ansvarar för stora delar av vår sociala närvaro, identifierar och förverkligar nya eventmöjligheter och koncept. Du koordinerar marknadsaktiveringar som går i linje med såväl övergripande affärsmål som varumärke och vision. Clinics, träningar och event är exempel på aktiveringar som du som Event Manager planerar och arrangerar för såväl kunder som profilryttare.
    I rollen tillhör du Marketing Teamet och rapporterar till vår Marketing Manager. Om du är en person som trivs i dynamiska arbetsmiljöer med högt tempo och drivs av sociala interaktioner – då kan den här tjänsten vara perfekt för dig
    Dina ansvarsområden:
    Planera och genomföra marknadsaktiveringar och event som exempelvis clinics, lanseringar och PR event.
    Eftersom vi arrangerar event globalt kommer din tjänst involvera frekvent resande.
    Ansvarig för att driva projekt från start till mål.
    Se till att projekt håller uttalad tidsplan, upprätthåller hög kvalitet samt är on-brand.
    Följa upp resultat och KPIer. Använda data och insikter för att optimera framtida event.
    Vara uppdaterad på trender för att alltid ligga steget före.
    Kvalifikationer:
    Kunskap om ridsport och hästar.
    Talar engelska och svenska flytande.
    God social kompetens och trygg i sociala sammanhang.
    Kommunikativ i både tal och skrift.
    Arbetar initiativtagande och självständigt samt har ett tydligt och tryggt ledarskap med förmågan att leda och motivera team vid genomförande av kampanjer och aktiviteter.
    Möjlighet att arbeta kvällar och helger samt resa i jobbet vid event.
    Starkt kreativt tänkande, innovativt mindset och nyfikenhet.
    God organiserings- och struktureringsförmåga. Trivs med att hantera flera uppgifter och projekt samtidigt.
    Meriterande:
    +2 års erfarenhet från en liknande position.
    Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att genomföra framgångsrika eventkoncept.
    Som Event Manager tror vi att du är en utåtriktad och driven person med en stor dos av positiv energi. Du drivs av sociala sammanhang och är en människokännare som har lätt för att knyta kontakter. Som person är du självgående, nyfiken och drivs av att ständig utveckling och att uppnå resultat. När tempot är högt och arbetsuppgifterna många och varierande presterar du som allra bäst.
