- Assist with Data Entry of Accounts Payable
- Claims - damage/property theft liaison between crew and insurance company
- Handling all "one-time" office supply needs for in-office and remote employees (extra monitors, keyboards, mouse, etc.)
- Handling all company gear orders for staff and promotional needs.
- Managing the facilities as needed, scheduling maintenance and repair.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, anticipating and addressing any office needs.
- Act as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and company activities.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Accounts Payable Data Entry: Utilize software and tools to accurately enter data for accounts payable transactions.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices.
- Verify and reconcile discrepancies in financial documents.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to understand their needs and provide support.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Booking travel as needed
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
