    Office Manager (100% In-Office)

    Our Client, an industry leader is growing again. The company is looking for an Office Manager due to growth.

    Who: Strong Stable and Rapidly Growing Organization

    What: Office Manager

    When: Immediate Need

    Where: Cumming, GA

    Why: Newly Created Position

    Salary: $60k - $65k

    Office Environment: In Office

    Duties:
    • Assist with Data Entry of Accounts Payable
    • Claims - damage/property theft liaison between crew and insurance company
    • Handling all "one-time" office supply needs for in-office and remote employees (extra monitors, keyboards, mouse, etc.)
    • Handling all company gear orders for staff and promotional needs.
    • Managing the facilities as needed, scheduling maintenance and repair.
    • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
    • Maintain office supplies and equipment, anticipating and addressing any office needs.
    • Act as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries.
    • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
    • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and company activities.
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
    • Accounts Payable Data Entry: Utilize software and tools to accurately enter data for accounts payable transactions.
    • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices.
    • Verify and reconcile discrepancies in financial documents.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to understand their needs and provide support.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Booking travel as needed
    Software Proficiency:
    • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Utilize relevant software for accounts payable data entry tasks.
    Requirements: HS Degree but BA is preferred.

    Salary Information: $60k - $65k (Depending on Experience)
