What you will learn with us

  • You will gain full insight into all office and business processes of our company and act as a central point of contact for customers, business partners, and colleagues in this field.
  • The focus of your training will include:
    - Handling internal and external correspondence
    - Answering and forwarding phone calls
    - Planning and preparing appointments and company events
    - Processing incoming and outgoing mail
    - Managing and procuring office supplies
    - Organizing business trips and processing travel expenses
    - Creating quotes and processing orders
    - Creating invoices and checking incoming invoices
    - Supporting our activities in the areas of marketing and sales
  • You will have the opportunity to take on responsibility early on and actively organize and shape our company.
  • You will also learn how to use computer systems and specialized applications.
