As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented CRM Manager to oversee our customer relationship management strategies and operations.
Position Overview:
As the CRM Manager at Atlanta Fibroid Center, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient satisfaction and optimizing operational efficiency.
You will be responsible for managing our CRM system, leveraging your expertise in medical office settings, medical insurance, and patient billing to drive impactful initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance patient engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Manage the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate CRM initiatives with marketing, patient services, and billing processes.
- Analyze patient data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize CRM analytics to measure performance, track key metrics, and generate actionable insights.
- Develop personalized communication strategies for patients, including appointment reminders, followups, and educational materials.
- Optimize billing processes and workflows to streamline revenue cycle management and improve patient billing experiences.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to CRM, medical insurance, and patient billing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CRM Manager in a medical office setting.
- Strong understanding of medical insurance, patient billing, and revenue cycle management.
- Proficiency in CRM software and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Detailoriented with a commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws.
