• GleamPro does not hire self contractors. All Employees must report to our office, to use our cleaning supplies and vehicles, unless you are hired for a specific location.

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must be physically capable to be able to clean under items, walk for periods of times, and carry supplies to locations.
• Experience preferred but not necessary. Training will be provided.
• Must have a good work history
• Must be able to follow directions
• Must be able to work in small teams
• Must be able to be punctual, come to work on time and have good communication skills in regards to availability
• Have a positive attitude. Employees work in small teams and communicate with clients at times. Being in a positive work environment is very important to GleamPro.
