Welcome to Distinctive Living, we're seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing (Full-Time) located in our Powder Springs, GA, community.

The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for the sales efforts at each Distinctive Living Community.This position is responsible to establish and carry-out the marketing plans at each Community by ensuring the sales process and all onsite marketing and sales efforts are being completed thoroughly and effectively, while up to Distinctive standards.

Develop and implement community events to increase awareness of the property. Conduct outreach to the local area to prospective Residents, Resident Family Members and Community Leadership.Build referral partner relationships to include local Physicians, Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities and Community Leaders. Deliver service excellence throughout each perspective customer experience.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be a team player that enjoys challenges, is professional, upbeat, and encourages others to succeed. Preferably familiar with professional outreach in the local senior living market5+ years senior living sales experience required.
Experience working in a service-related industry desired, experience working in hospitality or health care sales experience is a plus.
Must have the ability to travel locally to attend functions, network within the community, create and implement events.
