Your Role & Challenge, Our Ambition.

Acquiring new customers through targeted lead and opportunity management.
Representing the market and exciting customers about transformative CX/CRM projects on the Microsoft platform (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure).
Providing C-level consulting in key areas: marketing, sales, customer service, and field service.
Serving as a central interface between CX leadership, business units, marketing, and BDM team.
Building networks with Microsoft, partners, and customers.
Contributing to the definition and implementation of a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.

What's your Ambition?

Enthusiast with a C-level network and several years of experience in the CX/CRM ecosystem (ideally Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP).
Experience in acquiring challenging CX/CRM consulting and implementation projects.
Consulting expertise in the digital transformation of customers in the upper middle market.
