- Analyze market demographics to create a targeted list of independent primary care physicians and specialists.
- Arrange and conduct initial sales meetings and presentations with physicians, showcasing the benefits of affiliating with the Medical Group.
- Maintain communication with interested physicians throughout the sales process until closure.
- Utilize SalesForce to monitor activities, leads, and pending deals, actively participating in weekly sales discussions.
- Foster innovation by sharing fresh ideas and best practices with the national sales team to optimize performance.
- Provide ongoing support and manage relationships with recruited practices for satisfaction and retention.
- Cultivate partnerships with local collaborators and distributors to expand the Medical Group's reach.
- If needed, lead the establishment of a new market, demonstrating adaptability and strategic foresight.
- Handle additional responsibilities to support the sales team and align with company goals.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Advanced degree a plus
- 6+ years in complex sales or healthcare consulting in a competitive market
- Demonstrated success as an individual contributor in a competitive sales environment
- Compliance with all HIPAA rules and regulations required
