Simply put, we are a business brokerage firm with offices in Colorado, Texas and Nevada.

Our firm is the number one Transworld franchise location in the world for eight years running. We are looking for an experienced marketing operations specialist to work alongside our Digital Marketing Director and service team.

Description of duties:

Build and execute marketing campaigns in marketing automation system (HubSpot), including email newsletters, lead nurture programs, promotional campaigns and SMS
Manage marketing tech stack including HubSpot (CRM and marketing automation) and external automation integrations like Make, Zapier, MailPaser, etc.
Continuously assess and refine workflows and marketing automation processes
Manage audience segmentation and targeting, lead and prospect lists, data hygiene and cleanup
Remain up to date with latest trends and technologies in marketing operations and email deliverability
Track and report on key marketing metrics and channel effectiveness and provide actionable insights to drive informed decision-making
Create and report on A/B tests when necessary
Manage marketing calendar for all teams and regions
Create and execute items of marketing calendar along with digital marketing director
Maintain and update database of collateral
Manage and update company website page, content, photos on all team websites
Manage and create any outside PR working directly with our Director of Operations
Manage company/individual awards applications and nominations
Other elements as included in strategic marketing plan

Experience

Minimum 2 years marketing operations and/or CRM marketing experience

Experience working with social media and email newsletters

HubSpot Certification preferred, Workflow and automation experience required

Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus but not required

Positive attitude, high energy, team-oriented self-starter who can maximize results of individual contributors.

Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

A plus is having experience in or understanding of small business operations and small business ownership.
