Overview:
About the Role:
Work with leaders and HR Partners to create and maintain requisitions as they sync between Workday and Lever (including tracking of approvals and change requests)
Support requisition assignments Format and post positions to internal and external resources such as job boards, social networking sites, as needed
Support updates to TA systems, tools, and platforms to ensure accurate data for TA reporting, and metrics
Participate in team update meetings to support a collaborative work environment
Provide weekly/monthly TA metrics to leadership and recruiting team
Notify People Operations of new hire details
Work on strategic projects as assigned
Provide other, ad hoc administrative support and/or perform other duties, as assigned
About You:
Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken
Highly customer-service oriented
Organized and detail-oriented, able to prioritize and support multiple tasks simultaneously
Resourceful and solutions-oriented
Comfortable handling sensitive and/or confidential applicant and employee information with discretion
Proficient with the Google and/or Microsoft Office suite
Able to quickly assimilate new technology and use it efficientlySome knowledge of commonly used practices, systems and procedures within talent acquisition or human resource.
While not required, some understanding of employment law would be advantageous in this role
