Description

Citizens is looking for a Bilingual Operations Compliance Specialist I to join the Team and provide customer service to policy owners and independent consultants across multiple lines of insurance (life, health, accident, and annuity) and multiple companies operating within the Citizens, Inc.

group of companies.


WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO

Customer Communication and Assistance:

Processing and Documentation:


  • Process various requests from policy owners, associates, and other departments.
  • Research and respond to IC questions and problems related to Thirdparty payments.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of casework.

Case Management:


  • Audit assigned cases.

4.


Department Collaboration:


  • Crosstrain with other areas of the department.

5.


Task Management:


  • Prioritize work and manage multiple tasks and assignments.

Additional Duties:


  • Perform other related duties/projects as required and assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • A high school diploma, GED, or associate degree.
  • Proficient in the Mandarin, native speakers preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • At least one year of clerical experience.
  • Bilingual (English /Mandarin)

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Customer Service experience.
  • Insurance Industry experience.
