    Admin Assistant to CEO

    Admin Assistant to Audit Department

    Reports directly to the CEO

    Administrative Support for Financial Services Department

    1. Prepare/process Proposals

    2. Prepare/process Engagement Letters

    3. Format/process Financial Statements

    4. Backup support for Admin Team and Front Desk

    5. Schedule Department Meetings

    6. Schedule Meetings with clients for Managers

    7. Schedule CPE classes and order materials

    8. Prepare Senior Meeting Reports for weekly Senior meetings

    9. Keep accurate records on WRA/Audit Department Control Sheet

    10. Audit Dept. – New Employee Manuals, etc.

    11. Audit Dept. – Schedule interviews

    Administrative support for CEO

    1. Schedule conference calls and meetings

    2. Catering for breakfast, lunch or events

    3. Mail out monthly bills

    4. Schedule and organize Mix and Mingles for the Firm

    5. Aspire program – Event planning from beginning to end

    6. Marketing projects

    7. Type correspondence

    8. Customer service to clients

    9. Book/coordinate travel arrangements

    10. Personal assisting

    11. Plan annual Firm holiday party

    12. Management Retreat/Shareholders Meeting

    13. Special projects as assigned
