    Description

    We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Answer inbound telephone calls
    • Sorting all inbound mails & forwarding them to relevant departments/CPA
    • Lead and manage the product returns process
    • Data entry (POS system)
    • Creating monthly reports and ad-hoc reports as requested by the managemnet
    • Responsible for utilities management for all stores & corporate office. This includes timely payments, setting up new accounts, maintaining proper records & coordinating with utility providers for resolving any issues
    • Coordinating with the merchant & payment processors
    • Setting up accounts for new stores
    • Working with the insurance agent for timely updates & renewals of insurance policies for all locations

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday)

    Pay: $ $17.00 per hour
