About llen Allen:

We are looking for a qualified individual to join our team! At Sandstone Management Inc. we are looking to fill a Administrative Assistant position.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:
• Greeting Visitors and guests at the front desk
• Answer and redirect all incoming calls
• Open, sort, and distribute mail/ email the recipients if it is time critical
• Receive incoming packages and notify recipients
• Prepare outgoing packages including inter-office mail
• Keep updated records and files
• File, scan and photocopy documents
• Provide administrative support
• Maintain a safe and clean reception area
• Take on other assigned duties

Qualifications:
• Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications including Word and Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Punctual and responsible
• Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Detail oriented
• Ability to problem solve

Experience

 Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications including Word and Excel

Education

High School Diploma plus 7 years or more business experience or college degree (for equivalent) plus 1 years or more business experience
