    Job Title: Entry Level Administrative Assistant

    Location: Westfield, NJ

    Type of Employment: Temp to Permanent

    In Office/Hybrid/Remote: 100% in office

    Hourly Rate: $50,000

    Job Summary:

    LHH is working with logistics organization to hire a temp to permanent Administrative Assistant. The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM with a 1 hour lunch (37.5 hours a week). This role will be 100% in office. The qualified candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree, strong technology skills and a strong willingness to learn This role will support human resources, public relations and corporate communications.

    Responsibilities Will Include:

    • Coordinate travel arrangements including transportation and hotels
    • Handle clerical work including data entry and filing
    • Assist with benefits
    • Updating policies and forms in SharePoint system
    • Research HR policies
    • Help with any projects or tasks that arise within the office to support the team

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Technologically savvy, Strong MS Office Suite skills
    • Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus
    • Positive, upbeat attitude with a strong willingness to learn

    Pay Details: $50,000.00 per year
