Job description
We're seeking a full Property Management Assistant to support our Director of Property Management. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience within a real estate management company overseeing 3000+ units. You'll work directly with the Director of Property Management in a flexible and hybrid work environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Print monthly reports.
  • Schedule vendors and review invoices for accuracy
  • Manage HR ads and screen resumes.
  • Coordinate with utility companies to disconnect services for outgoing residents.
  • Draft and distribute tenant letters as necessary.
  • Arrange access for building inspections by contacting tenants.
  • Assist in procurement of maintenance and turnover supplies.
  • Support special projects coordination.
  • Other duties as directed and taught by the Director of Property Management

Qualifications:


  • Must have car.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Will train Great for someone looking to get into Real Estate business.

Experience level:

  • 23 years experience

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Pay:
$ $27.00 per hour
