New Brunswick, Cranbury, and Edison, New Jersey

The Glaucoma Institute, PC (Est is a private ophthalmology medical practice focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of Glaucoma.

A successful Administrative Assistant will exhibit the following qualities:

  • Has great organization and communication skills.
  • Is detailed oriented, reliable and trustworthy.
  • Is friendly and empathetic with patients and office team members.

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist patients in checkingin, scheduling followup appointments, verifying insurances, and responding to inquiries
  • Assist with the billing process by collecting copayments and handling other financial transactions.
  • Provide patient with basic information regarding their visit and office policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with office staff to ensure efficiency working environment
  • Enter patient information and test results into the electronic health record with a high level of accuracy and organization.
  • This is a fully trainable position.
